The Perri Group will design affordable, custom training solutions based on the client's needs, resources and objectives. All of our custom traininmg solutions utilize principles of active training and adult learning in the overall design of the curriculum, utilitzation of training techniques and delivery of the program. Our goal is to ensure total relevance to the learner, maximum absorption, an active learning experience and increased retention.
Needs Assessment
Many factors effect job performance, and not all will require a training solution. Our focuses and comprehensive needs assessment will help you decide if training is indeed the right answer. After careful listening to our client we embark upon a focused assessment phase that may include some or all of the following:
We then carefully analyze the data, isolate issues, identify causes and propose potential solutions. If training is the solution we will design a custom program for you. Many times other issues are identified. We have the capability to develop effective non-training solutions to meet this need.
Performance Intervention
Something is just not working, but you can't seem to figure out what the problem is...
Many factors can affect individual, department or company performance. Mary draws upon her extensive background in managing people, process, projects and group dynamics as well as her training in organizational psychology to analyze and assess each situation. She takes a systems approach and gets to underlying core issues. With careful listening, and utilization of appropriate assessment tools Mary can assist you in defining, isolating and effectively dealing with performance issues.
