During her twenty five years as a manager of people and process, Mary directed
many complex project teams, bother internal and external to the organization.
Her main focus was aligning people, process and projects with the overall
business strategy of the organization. Her strengths lie in communicating, team
building and motivating people. Her responsibilities included constantly
developing and managing employees. She is a life long lover of learning and
continually strives to update her own knowledge and skills.
Mary earned her MBA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, City University of New York, a BS in Management and Communications from Adelphi University and is a Langevin Systems certified trainer. She also has completed two Columbia University weeklong offsite programs on Leading and Managing People where intensive group work and management skills were honed. She is certified in administering the Myers Brigg Type Indicator, one of the premier psychometric tools utilized in groups to assess work styles and enhance communication and teamwork.
